LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD

As the primaries continue, I want to encourage all legal non-voters to excerise your constitutional right to vote. There has never been a more crucial time than now to stand up to for a change in America. The past eight years have been deplorable. The Bush presidency started out as a lie, he went to war with Iraq based on a lie, WMD's were never found. Our brave young men and women have been killed and maimed for vulgar republican greed. They are treated poorly when they return home for further hospitalization. This is totally unacceptable. Our ports and borders are undermanned, if at all. The economy is in a downward spiral with no actual improvement in sight.

A change has got to take place and it starts right now by going to the polls and casting your vote. You can do so with early one-stop voting. In North Carolina, if you're not already registered, you can go to your one-stop voting place, get registered and cast your vote on the same day. The one-stop voting will continue through May 3, 2008. If you don't know where the one-stop voting is being held, call your local elections board and they will advise you where you need to go. I'm sure the remaining states, hosting upcoming primaries, will have something very similar in place.

Let your voice be heard, loud and clear, register and vote for a change.
